1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business email, telephone number, company name, company stage, insurance interests, renewal or coverage information, and the contents of your message. If you later pursue insurance services, we may request additional underwriting, application, claims, financial, employee, operational, security-control, or other information needed to evaluate and place coverage.
We and our hosting and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs. We do not intentionally collect payment-card information through this website.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; evaluate insurance needs; prepare, market, and service insurance submissions; communicate with you; maintain business records; operate and secure the website and private lead dashboard; detect misuse; comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations; and protect our rights and those of clients and partners.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to insurance carriers, wholesalers, managing general agents, premium-finance providers, claims or risk-service partners, and other parties involved in obtaining or servicing coverage at your direction. We may also disclose information to vendors that host, secure, maintain, or support our systems; professional advisers; regulators and government authorities; or parties involved in a business transaction, when permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not use personal information collected through the proposal form for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices.
4. Cookies and browser signals
The site may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for security, routing, form operation, and authenticated access to the private dashboard. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, the site does not presently offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. Where legally required and technically applicable, we will recognize valid browser-based opt-out preference signals.
5. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through this website, or withdraw from non-required communications, by contacting us below. Depending on your residency and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or appeal, and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Certain information may be retained or exempt where necessary to provide requested insurance services, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, comply with insurance, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations, or establish and defend legal claims. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law and subject to verification.
6. Children’s privacy
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s information through the proposal form.
7. Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up, insurance servicing, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal or regulatory compliance, after which we delete or de-identify it when practicable.
8. External websites and policy changes
Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties’ privacy practices. We may revise this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The “last updated” date shows when the current version became effective. Material changes will be presented as required by law.
